Approx €1000 was raised by the events that took place in

CHI 4 LIFE 4 KIDS - March 29 2012 in Cork - free as part of the
Lifelong Learning Festival
Have you ever asked yourself what the colour brown would taste
like? What would it feel like to be a tree? Where would you find
a chi ball?
A fun, 2hour workshop to introduce children between 8 and 12 years
old to concepts of Chi. Also included will be basic work on hands,
feet and back as well as some useful acupoints for first aid and
home use. A parent or guardian is also required to attend....

Face-Lift Bodywork Certificate (ESS) March 30 - April 1st 2012
€280 for 3 days. Early Bird option of €250 if booked by
end of January

Venue: Wholistic House of Healing, 4 Buttermilk Walk, Galway City.
Face-Lift Bodywork is a gentle and effective technique that rejuvenates
your face and offers deep relaxation to both mind and body. It consists
of a variety of techniques including muscle release, connective
tissue release, vibrational techniques and oil massage that focus
on the patterns of stress and tension locked up in the face. It
is incredibly effective, with clearly observable results apparent
after the first session. It is almost certainly one of the most
effective facial rejuvenation systems there is - all achieved purely
through bodywork, without the use of injections, lasers, machinery
or surgery.
This 3-day certificate course is for those who already have a certificate
in massage or beauty therapy, if those certificates include a basic
anatomy and physiology qualification. This course is also open to
Shiatsu practitioners and Shiatsu students on Stage Two or beyond
of our Shiatsu Bodywork & Shiatsu Therapy courses. Advanced
courses are also available.
